The sites are pretty spacious, quiet and beautiful. Particularly lloking at the Half Dome from our campsite was excellent.

Have been coming to Lower Pines for the past 18 years. We usually go in June but this year we went in May and were rewarded with the blooming dogwood trees. We had site number 28 and it is fine but be warned that lots of people think nothing of cutting right through the middle of your campsite from the street. Clearly camp etiquette is a lost art.

Scenery was great, all though the camp hosts urged/rushed me out of my campsite even though I was leaving 10 minutes early. Not the most inviting hosts or friendliest. Would not recommend.

Great campsite clean, quiet, uncrowded . I guess we can be thankful to covid for some thing. The Valley was awesome like it was in the 80s.

Perfect in every way. I was so happy to find 3 nights available in the same site and on the river. Awesome! Keeping an eye out for more availability all the time.

Great campsite in so many ways. The only downside was some of the other campers occasionally blasted load music, but that was only during daylight hours.

Apart from the booming mariachi music in the morning it was perfect. Anybody reading this do everyone a favor. Insanely loud music is for the lake. People go to National Parks to get away from that and relax. Have some common curtesy for your neighbors.
