The campsite was great, right next to the river and bathroom. First time Ive had a bear box at my campsite, and gave me great peace of mind. Could walk to the Mist trail and other hikes and the Curry Village shops. Bathrooms were well kept, trash was also well managed. Workers/rangers were friendly and helpful. We had neighbors and everyone was great, no problems keeping distance. Just wish I had a couple more clear days with blue sky! Lovely campground all around.

This was a wonderful location in the valley. I rode my bike to mirror lake and went hiking. I could ride my bike into the village along the bike path. I saw 3 bears and mule deer. It was beautiful campground. Very clean and close to everything.

Great campground except for the generators running morning and night. And the late arrivals' headlights shining into your tent. And cranky crying babies. But hey, it's Yosemite and there's no place more beautiful on Earth.

Location is obviously the best thing about this camp ground as it’s within the park and it’s walking distance to a lot of amazing things. The campground itself has a lot to be desired. For parking/camping...The parking spots are very narrow. There are wood boundaries around the spot that make certain vehicle attached set ups hard to deploy. The picnic table was so beat up I couldn’t use it for fear of splinters. And there were what looked to be spikey raspberry plants where you would want to place a tent. Facilities....There was not a sink for cleaning dishes. Bathrooms were fairly clean. The water can fill up spout had amazing water pressure. For reception... I had one bar of internet reception so I could send and receive calls/messages. For Safety...The rangers were around and seemed really nice. Each spot had a bear bin. Most people drove safely and the road to get to the spots was easy for most vehicles. A little hard for anyone towing anything.

This was a great time of the year to experience the park. The weather was perfect and the best part was it was not crowded at all making it very easy to see everything that you would want to see.

Campground was not maintained. Two foot tall weeds in site. Bathroom not clean( during Covid) -No toilet paper. I've been camping here for 50 years... never looked bad like this.
