My stay was only one night because of Campground closure the following day at noon. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Yosemite is a very special place that has become nearly impossible to access. I was grateful for the one night. As I departed through the north entrance, I accessed the Hodgdon Meadow Campground for three additional nights. I am very pleased to experience this campground for future experiences. The rangers were very accommodating. The staff in all experiences are doing the best they can under difficult circumstances.

Campgrounds are dilapidated including bathrooms. Need a full rehabilitation of bathrooms and campsites.

Fire pit in site number 213 is very dangerous, cut off and moves around. Hazard for kids and adults. Volunteer camp host was awesome. Some bathrooms are still with damaged plumbing and not ADA compliant. It’s the Feds and they are not ADA compliant for decades with their campground bathrooms. They charge $36 bucks a night to camp in substandard campsites and old damaged bathrooms. Embarrassing really, been this way for decades, with plenty of excuses. Nice new bathrooms for the bus tourists in the village though, again inequality to campground management and maintenance and infrastructure.

Wonderful place, wonderful people. Easy process to check in, check out. The place itself is spectacular.
If I can complain about anything - we didn't see a single bear during our stay ;)

Good clean campgrounds, little crowded but to be expected. Bear box is pretty big, fit cooler and food tub and still had room leftover. Close to bathrooms and bathroom was clean. Walkable to shuttle stop, very convenient.

Easy and cheap place to stay the night before our backpacking trip. It was a pretty busy site, but I expected that. Check out the free box for leftover snacks and supplies!

loved the campground and in particular our site right on the Merced river. Very quite and beautiful scenery.
The second spot we had was a little bit of a challenge to get into with our 26 foot Class C motorhome. The campsite
had cement curbs and even though we were right on the curb our slide would not open all the way because of a tree
that had a curved trunk. However we could have pulled up to the street I think and opened it all the way.
The first site was very large as were most of the sites. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
