Really clean and convenient campground. I loved that there were flushable toilets and a mirror in the restrooms! Also, the rangers seemed to be on top of patrolling the grounds.

I am a car camping female traveling solo and this campground was so lovely! Quiet and near the river. Very conveniently settled in between Yosemite and Mariposa Grove. The bathrooms were the cleanest I've ever seen at a campground. Super easy to get settled in and build a fire with the wood I scavenged (friendly neighbor campers saw me and offered extra). Would definitely camp here again.

Beautiful campground right on the river. It was rainy, snowy, and cold but we'd love to come back in warmer weather. Great access to the Mariposa Big Trees hiking.

Amazing campground by the river. It was close enough to a convenience store and had well-maintained restrooms at the campground. Had a wonderful time there and would love to go again!

Ton of fun! Theres a river right next to the campground, very relaxing to fall asleep to. If you're going in Winter (even as late as February) be sure to pack extra warm and get gear rated for extreme weather, your items will be frosty when you wake up! There is a bathroom onsite that was pretty well maintained/clean. The Wawona Store is only a 5 minute drive for any last minute needs, the Valley is about an hour away.
