We stayed here in the middle of April. The weather was great and the hiking was wonderful. We did three hikes the west side loop, Eureka peak, and panorama loop. We enjoyed all three. The site location was close to the bathrooms and water with easy access. The spaces are quite close together but this space (75) seemed to have extra room. Our exchange student had no problems connecting to AT&T service to register for the flowing year classes as the time fell during our trip. It was an all round nice stay.

Although the campsites are really close together, the large bushes and trees help provide some privacy. The flush toilets/bathrooms were very clean (which I didn't exactly expect), although the lights in the women's when I went didn't work so I had to use a headlamp in the night. Fellow campers were respectful of being quiet in the night and the campground was very peaceful. Most people leave during the day to go into the park's main areas, so if you stay at camp when the sun's out you're pretty much on your own. The little shop was nice too! Rangers were on top of keeping things in good shape, we had a guy come out one morning to weld our neighbor's broken fire pit. The entire campground is pretty much on a hill so keep that in mind when you're setting up your tent. There are a couple of nice hikes in walking distance to the campground but definitely be up for driving into town and then entering one of the main park entrances to get to other hikes and scrambling.

People at the visitor center were super friendly and helpful. My campsite was clean and nice though you should bring all your own toiletries in case the bathrooms don't have toilet paper or soap. I was able to do all the hikes and peaks within the area in 5 days/4 nights.

Park was fun and awesome views. unfortunately many of the roads were not maintained, asphalt broken and many hole to watch out for. and it was very windy. although spaces were listed as paved ours was not. It was dirt and not very level. I understand budgets have been cut. We still enjoyed ourselves and loved the views and location.
