TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Been camping there since 1966. Gets worse every year. Beginning of year about February our group tried booking for august. Impossible web site was a mess. Finally in June got a site for my self and spent 2 days disagreeing with site manager about putting water in my camper. Live and learn

From Pueblo, go 25 miles south on Interstate 25 to exit 74. Drive west 18 miles on State Highway 165. Turn into the main entrance at Lake Isabel Recreation Area, then turn right into the first campground on the right (about 1.25 miles).
