What Guests Are Saying

The Bank Campground offers a clean and spacious environment, with beautiful views and well-maintained facilities, including pit toilets stocked with essentials. It's a quieter, slightly remote location ideal for relaxation, with friendly and helpful camp hosts. While access roads can be rough and the reservation system needs improvement, many campers appreciate the overall experience and plan to return.

The bathrooms were absolutely horrible. We didn't see a camp host once. Our site didd not have any shade.

Beautiful campground and great sites. A-13 was fantastic and was very close to the bathroom with accessible parking. I have mobility issues, and the campsite was easy to get around.
Overall extremely beautiful, though there are lots of biting flies and no large trees (but still room for hammocks!) Beautiful location, would go back.

The road up was steep and felt like a few sections had some potholes from all the rain. We navigated just fine in our compact SUV. We stayed at site B-23 and it was a pretty big sized area for us and our large tent. We did notice that our site had a lot of flies and bees in the trees, seems like most of the campground had this same problem. Unfortunately B-23 didn't have the best views but it had a fe decent scrubby pines for shade. We did need to clear out some pretty large rocks in the tent area. Bathrooms were fine, a lot of flies have crept in near the B Loop bathrooms but overall clean.

Sites are a great location close to cliff face and relatively private. Bathrooms were pretty gross though. Easy drive or walk to climbing routes

Campsites are close together, which is really not an issue as it provides more space for people to use. Bathrooms were very clean and well stocked with toilet paper. The views from the campsite were phenomenal.

Lots of drama regarding the new pay online program. According to locals $8 of the site fee is actually a reservation fee that they never see and the tube was apparently only stolen from like once that caused all this. We watched multiple people show up who didn’t know about the online reservations and they just camped in the parking lot with generators and no one policed it also. Could’ve probably saved a few bucks considering it’s all trailers and RVs with generators running all the freaking time. Was not the climbers campground I remember it used to be anymore. Just RVs and people sitting around and groups of kids (high schoolers) just there to hang out on outdoor camping trips with a leader but not climbing. Weird vibes now.
