Excellent campground! The hosts maintain everything from raking the gravel in the road to keeping the vault toilets smelling fresh. Ranger David went out of his way to make sure it was a very good experience. Don't expect wifi or cell service. The tall pines are much better. There's a mile and a half washboard steep road to get there but it's worth it. Book in advance. Most spots are taken most of the time.

This was my first time camping as an adult and I was so impressed with the site! Everything was well marked, clean, and the attendant came right out to greet us. The bathrooms were clean and everything just seemed in order. When she heard we had booked two nights at different camping sites (because I couldn't find one that had two nights available in a row), she generously moved us to a nice spot where we could stay two nights. A well-cared for place. Would definitely recommend.

Very well kept campground. Sites very clean. Bathrooms are immaculate! No smell and very clean. We have camped here 3 other times over 2 years and love the campground. Camp hosts are friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs.

Camp was up two miles of dirt and washboard road. All camp spaces could stand upgrading. No level space for tents. Restrooms were clean. You really need to finish paving road.
