Aspenglen Campground is awesome! Convenient to the RMNP and Estes Park. Early evening we listened to an owl and through the night we could hear the elk bugling!

Really loud party music could be heard from town nearby which made it extremely difficult to fall asleep. The bathroom facilities and everything were great and well maintained but the location of this campground makes it a poor choice if you want to enjoy nature without being forced to listen to rave music on a Saturday night.

Nice and close to the bathroom without it being noisy or too busy. On a hill, so you don't feel like your neighbors are right up in your space. And beautiful mountain view. Only major drawback is there was some noise every night from a nearby town that you could hear both nights we were there from 8-10 PM. But loved the quiet beauty of this campground. And after staying at all the campgrounds in RMNP, the bathrooms here were by far the nicest.

Campsite was excellent, very beautiful. Tent site very well prepared, restrooms were spotless, very clean. Staff was great. Ice and firewood for sale was great. The only issue was barking dogs disrupted the peace.

The Estes Park Original Power station is a short walk along the bike bath from the campground. They give tours there several times a week that last about an hour. It was very interesting and I learned a lot about whtat the Stanley brothers did for Estes.

Clean and nice sites. Shame that so many spots are left vacant but the app always shows no availability. Ranger said people reserve spots and don’t cancel and up to 30% no show. Park service needs to change no show policies and penalize those who don’t cancel as current system is not working. Very sad for those that can’t enjoy the park because of this behavior.

Aspenglen was a great campground! Conveniently located, campsites had good spacing to provide privacy and had gorgeous mountain views! The restrooms had flush toilets & running water, inside & out for rinsing dishes!! Felt like glamping!
