Campgrounds were really loud until midnight so it was difficult to sleep. Walk in sites we're nice because they're a little secluded.

It was absolutely lovely! My partner and I stayed for a week total and the bathrooms were very clean and the neighbors were also very friendly. On our last 3 nights there I did notice that someone had graffitied in the bigger bathroom stall in the mens bathroom. I was disappointed but understood that it was not the fault of the campground but of disrespectful campers. Only thing I would mention which I would not particularly mark as a complaint was that the campground host was absent for about the 3 days and in those three days a bear ended up showing up and coming down into the campground. It was a bit frightening since it got so close and it was evening time so most campsites were cooking or a had a fire going. Luckily myself and another 2 campers were prepared with air horns and whistles but we could not notify the absent campground host that the bear was moving to a different section of aspenglen. Overall it was wonderful and I would definitely try to book aspenglen for next time.

Not connected to the shuttle route. The Bear Lake parking is available without an additional day pass but you will need to leave early to be sure you get a spot. Very nice campground and would definitely stay again

Aspenglen was such a beautiful campground! I highly recommend it to anybody yearning for a camping experience that is pleasant in all ways possible. There was so much wildlife around at all times, very nice park rangers, open, clean restrooms, and so much more. I will 100/10 be back for another trip in the future hopefully at this exact campsite!

The camp hosts were outstanding. The loud music each night from the party lodge across the River was less great, but luckily they turned it off by 10 pm.
Can’t say enough good things about the camp hosts.

No way to put my stake in the tent pad. Showers in restrooms would be nice.
