Very nice campground, lots of options for campers including riverside sites, wooded areas, and others. Everything was neat and clean, including the bathrooms.
Lot’s of wildlife in the area, deer, turkey came through camp. Chipmunks and hummingbirds were our constant companions. The rangers and camp host were friendly and knowledgeable.

We stayed there on a Sunday night and it was full, but very quiet. Didn’t hear anybody after about 9:30 pm, which was very unlike other National Forest campgrounds we stayed at. The next morning we had turkeys walk through the campsite and we packed up and drove through the park. Would stay here again. No cell service though.

This campsite is great! Decent shade, near the restroom, and feels large. Aspenglen Campground overall is my favorite in the park - easily accessible, clean, and generally quiet. Highly recommend.

This campsite is great! Neighboring sites are decently spaced away and there is an excellent set of trees for hammocking. Would definitely rebook.

I loved this campground.
I didn't appreciate the signage about reporting to authorities any information presented in the park intended to denigrate any particular group of Americans. This seemed like a politicized approach to history. Bad and good things have happened on Western lands. We should know about all of it.
