Marcum really makes the experience that much better and is a superb host. Takes great care of the park and the people and followed through an resolves issues on every level.

We love staying here! Great location - steps away from groceries and 30ish minutes to Breckenridge. The owners are kind and have offered us a late check out for a reasonable price. Bathrooms are always clean and warm. Pet friendly with a few trails to walk and multiple potty pick up stations. We’ve camped here in the winter for skiing and in the summer for hiking. 10/10

Really nice little resort with the river on both sides! We only stayed 2 nights as that is all the time we could take off of work. We had spot 6 and it was HUGE! Like where you could literally fit about 2 trailers and 2 vehicles or 3. So much room! It was nice that many places were within walking distance if needed. We styed here as it was close to many of the trails we wanted to take my jeep out on! There aren't really many amenities, but it was full hook ups which was a huge plus with us and a great price! Also along the river where I believe they state it is a dog path....there are 3-4 spots with chairs set up.

This was the cleanest RV park I've been to. The bathroom looked and smelled clean. The laundry/sink area were well kept. The grounds had some dog poop in certain areas, but that responsibility is on the dog owners.

I loved the private bathrooms with full showers. The water pressure was great, and the hot water wasn't boiling hot. People kept them decently clean.

The laundry room was cozy, and the loads were reasonably priced. The laundry room also had two industrial-sized sinks for washing dishes, which was helpful for washing big pots and pans. They offer the sinks because the park doesn't have water hookups during the winter.

Markham (sorry if I spelled that incorrectly) was very helpful and accommodating.
