Camp site and restrooms were clean. So many places to hike with in the park. Dinosaur museum in Fruita was fun and informative. Many wineries in Palisades and fabulous fruit when in season.

I was pleased the host was able to move me to a different site for my second night, further away from a large group of teenagers (educational camp). Not that the group were badly behaved, just that with any large group it is not exactly a peaceful experience.
It is a shame this campsite so regularly has these large groups, we have seen the same thing here last year.

Large site close to the restrooms. Mostly in the sun with no shade. Very short drive to the visitor center.

One of our favorite National Parks or Monuments. The campground is simple, as most in National Parks are. Our issue was how unlevel our (and other) sites are. Really a challenge for a small RV that needs to be level for the fridge to run.
