Large and mostly flat site with a picnic table and fire pit. Beautiful area to explore. Be prepared for wind as it’s wide open.

Toilet paper was running very low when we left. More frequent servicing of the toilets during busy times would be better.

Knowles is a great campground. I would prefer you keep half the sites as first come for greater flexibility.

We've stayed at Rabbit Valley a few times and it never disappoints. Can be a little crowded, but there's a variety of different sites to choose from.
Some sites are far enough from I70 that you can't hear the road traffic. A great place to stop on your way to/from the Utah parks.

The stay was excellent. No neighbors within 1/4 mile. Large camping area with great views. Good spot for early spring/late fall camping

Knowles Overlook campground is in a beautiful location. Getting there may require a higher clearance vehicle such as a Subaru or truck. There are ample trails to explore for hiking, mountain biking, or ATV enthusiasts.

Wish these sites were still free and did not require the time/stress of a reservation system. The sites are also oversized and made the area designed for OHVers with fewer hikers and MTBers.

Make your reservation at the entrance rabbit valley or where internet service is available. Went to the campsite to determine which site we wanted and could not complete the reservation process.
