Clean and spacious. Wonderful cross section of all RVer types. Beautiful views of the reservoir and terrain. Town of Gunnison, Cimmeron train museum and Black Canyon NP are easy drives. DIY rv car wash in nearly Montrose.

Great site that had a view of the lake and mountains. Clear skies for stargazing. Restrooms were clean and well maintained. Appreciated the recycle bins as well.

Park rangers very helpful and welcoming, beautiful scenery and nightly educational stories at amphitheater. The water was so fun for the family. Marina people very friendly, excellent customer service, we will be back!

What is it with the boating crowd? Too much beer? The loud music and bright lights went on into the night. And the campsites were jammed with large groups - multiple tents and vehicles. I almost called the sheriff as I feared the loud, F-bomb dropping man two campsites away (over 200 feet) from me would move to violence. Add in no shade at all, this campground was a most unpleasent place to spend the night.

Enjoyed the campground. Great views, and a ranger talk at the Amphitheater every night, which was great for the family. Would recommend this site to those that are looking to enjoy time on the water, or day trips to nearby attractions.

Love the lake and the campground, but as it seems anywhere we camp now it is very loud well after quiet time of 10pm. This time people were being extremely loud, yelling, and laughing until after 12:30am. When I was a kid/teenager rangers would drive through the park at quiet time, and then again later in the evening reminding people they needed to be quite and writing tickets if necessary. I'm so tired of inconsiderate people being loud after quite time when I am trying to sleep to go fishing early and the park does nothing about it.
