The camp host was the most grouchiest host I’ve ever dealt with at a campground. The campground rules are clearly stated on the information board as you enter the grounds. His rules differed from the rules posted. According to him quiet hours are at 9:00pm instead of 10:00pm. as posted. Very disappointed on how he treats people.

We are tent campers and enjoy dispersed camping. However my in-laws wanted everyone to be together and have a family camp trip. Since they have a camper they booked this site. Usually I’m not a fan of any camp ground, but this place was great! Quiet. Enough room between us and a neighbor. The hosts were absolutely delightful. Cleanest toilet area I’ve ever experienced! I’ve been camping for over 20 years, been around the country to multiple camping areas, I was impressed. The area is beautiful, as well.

Loved the little walk to the trailhead, it was very accessible for all hiking abilities. The bathrooms were kept immaculate!

This was one of our favorite places during our trip around Colorado that included staying at 7 different campgrounds. The camp hosts were very kind and attentive and the grounds and bathrooms were spotless. We will definitely be back to Lottis Creek and the beautiful Taylor River area!

Campground was very clean. Campsites were spaced apart nicely. Location was excellent for trout fishing. Hoping to return next year.
