Site 019 is a walk in tent only site and was very nice with trees and views overlooking the river. It was about a 30 yard walk up a slight incline to the site, but wasn’t bad. It’s in Eleven Mile Canyon which offers fishing and swimming in the river plus hiking. $7 park entrance fee. I would go back!

A little dusty when dry, otherwise great spot with sites spaced well apart. Super host!

Campsite is very well kept. The Camp Hosts, Cliff and Alice are amazing, - friendly, welcoming, helpful.
The campground is next to a dirt road which can be very dusty when dry....but it is at the entrance to a beautiful canyon where the fishing is great. People were pretty respectful about keeping social distance as we are still experiencing the Covid-19 rules. If you are going to fish Eleven Mile Canyon, stop in at the Tumbling Trout fly shop in the town of Lake George. Michele White (owner) will help you with fly selection and spots to fish and stocks just about anything you don't have in the way of gear. She also has tubes, etc. to rent.

Camp hosts were very friendly. All of the sites were clean and well manicured. The bathrooms were always clean no matter what time of day. Cliff and his wife do a great job.
