Gorgeous views, I'll say that! The reservoir looks accessible, but it's a 50-min drive around to get to the nearest entrance, and there's a day fee to access the reservoir. Not to mention there's a separate fee to get into the area where this site is located (that's on top of your reservation fee). Not the most spacious campsites. Decent tree cover, clean sites, but you'll be hard pressed to park 2 cars (at least at sites 2 & 3) as is claimed, and if you're bringing 8 people (max for those sites) they'd better be fitting in the same tent, as there's no room for two. Sites are also a bit slanted, so make sure you lay out your sleeping bags right. The fire pits aren't really made for 8 people to sit around. Lots of interesting rocks and water features for kids to play in, tho.

Awesome campground. Very nice campsites. The camp hosts were very friendly and kept a close eye on the camp ground. The road into Eleven Mile Canyon has a lot of wash board. Considering that every vehicle coming into the canyon has to pay a fee it would be nice if the wash board was taken care of.

Campground host was very nice and hospitable. However, as a system, there was an issue with reservations. Wife and I drove 3.5 hours to a site we booked in January/February to find a couple had setup in our spot. Host was very apologetic and said she got the cards late, etc. so I don't blame her. Just wish we wouldn't of had to go through this experience with our 14 month old child. It made for a pretty difficult evening for us.
