What Guests Are Saying
Jellystone Campground features well-maintained cement pads, propane fire pits, and heated water parks and pools, making it a pleasant spot for camping. Wildlife sightings, such as deer, add to the charm of the location. However, guests have reported issues with staff communication, cleanliness, and amenities, particularly concerning dog waste and gym maintenance. Despite these drawbacks, some visitors appreciate the campground's beauty and its suitability for quiet getaways.

Pros: camp sites are nice cement pads, propane fire pits, grills. Water park and pools are heated water for use in the cold. A lot of wildlife here so it’s pretty cool, dear walk thru the sites
Cons: lack of communication from staff (hours are 0900-1700 /5pm) which is stupid for a camp site, a lot of dog poop on sites that no one ensured the campers cleaned their site prior to departure. A lot of “changes” were made and not sent out to campers coming from other states I.e breakfast not being offered now. And no one answers phones here to save their life. Not the grand gesture I was expecting paying a lot for the site and driving 9 hrs for it. Arcade is “not ran by Jellystone” but it has zero issues taking your money and then saying “contact support” or something of that reference.
Overall, if your alone, no kids and want a quiet site to sleep at this is it. If you want amenities for loved ones find a different camp ground. Not worth it

This is our third time here (all during the winter months) and the first time we’ve had issues; three issues to be precise.
1) The Class A motorhome next to us has a big dog and the owners have allowed it to go to the bathroom for the last 10 days on their site and my site and they have yet to pick up a single turf; disgusting. I’ve mentioned it to the front desk THREE TIMES and they have done absolutely nothing to either get the owner to pick up the poop or have the park staff do the job. This is unacceptable.
2) On several days, the gym has resembled a daycare full of kids happily wiping their noses on their hands and then on to the equipment. The gym is supposed to be 18 and up; I’ve mentioned this to the staff and they have solved nothing. Also, the disinfecting wipes in the gym are bone dry and have not been replaced even after several requests by me.
3) We’ve been here 10 days and are leaving a day early as there’s bad weather coming in and we’d rather not be in the middle of bad weather on our travel day. We asked for a one-night refund and were given a nonsensical answer as to what that wasn’t possible. The staff needs a refresher course on taking care of repeat customers.
I’ll stay here again as it’s 15 minutes from my son’s home in Castle Rock, but I will not be happy about it unless management gets its act together and does a vastly improved job. We’ve stayed at Sun Outdoors parks in CA, TX, And Granby, CO and this is by far the worst experience we’ve had. Usually, this company is very good at running a clean, friendly park - not this one.

We attended a Tiffin Owners Rally finding Jellystone RV Park a beautiful Park. They put us in site 259 a standard lot but perfect for the view! We were a large group so were divided for events but it was a lovely place for our Rally!

Wasn't expecting much, but, man. I was blown away. The pools, the lunch, the water park, the mini golf -- all top notch. Friendly staff, super clean. I cannot wait to return for another fun day with friends!

Super nice RV resort. Back-in & pull-thru sites with full hook-ups. Many tiny home cabins, too. Bar, restaurant, many amenities.
