About North Fork Campground

North Fork Campground is set in a towering aspen grove on the western slope of the Colorado Rockies at an elevation of 7.8 ft. This is an ideal setting for guests seeking recreation and relaxation. Most sites are widely spaced and open up to the river valley, though a heavy understory of tall grass and wild roses provide privacy. The North Fork of the White River is across from the campground.

Campsite was beautiful. Quiet, great sites, spacious. Bathrooms were nearby our spot so that was great! Bathrooms are very very clean & camp hosts are very welcoming & friendly. I’m from Denver, definitely worth the 4-5 hour drive. Will return soon. Miss it already!

Had an amazing time! Water is available but not drinkable from the looks of it. Bathrooms were clean and even smelled good. Wood is available on site. Cash or check only. Site 28. Will definitely try to get it again.

The campground is in a very beautiful area. The campground itself is very nice but a few of the sites have difficult access. It would be nice if the NFS would go in a trim back some of the trees and bushes. Very friendly host and the bathrooms were clean and well stocked.
