Campground hosts were all over it! Bathroom was very clean. We were surprised there was no sanitizing solution in the bathroom. A great time - we already booked an additional stay later this year!!

I was a little skeptical with regard to Ansel Watrous campground as we pulled in. The campground is RIGHT off the main road, my fear being that is all we would hear. I was plesantly surprised!! Even with the road so close, what you mainly hear is the river behind you. There was plenty of shade and my husband and son were able to do plenty of river fishing the entire time. The location is not too far for us to repeat a quick visit again in the future. I would recommend this site for sure.
