Campsites and vault restrooms were clean and well maintained. There is a playground for kids. There are showers and sinks in the main restroom. The main roads are paved making it ideal for riding bikes. The downside the last 2 years has been the smoke from fires.

Beautiful campground, four or five electric sites overlooking the Poudre are pretty private. Not much variety in hiking nearby and no cell service. Showers but no water fill or dump

The couple that were hosts were very friendly, the facility was clean and well kept, bathrooms were very clean, well supplied and cleaned daily, the showers were nice, however, every day I was lucky enough to get cold showers, regardless of the time of day, we camp here yearly and always enjoy stating here

Outstanding campsites, great river access and clean vault toilets (got a little stinky with the heat and when getting pumped out - recommend sites away from toilets) . The showers were cold but not a big deal on a hot day. Camp hosts were helpful and friendly! Lots of people parking outside the park along the road to use the river to fish and day-use facilities making it somewhat noisy and crowded, especially on the weekend. Steep hiking trails are challenging on a hot day with very little shade but give beautiful views of Cache La Poudre and surrounding mountains. Closest gas, liquor store and market is 10 miles out in Rustic.

Our campsite was situated for a quick and easy departure, was shaded most of the day and was quiet at night. Though our site was not on the river we could hear it.
