This was a fantastic, quiet campground that made for an ideal place to stay as we were in town for a wedding. The lake looked lovely (wish we had time to paddle board on it!) and we thoroughly enjoyed the hiking trails. The camp hosts were very friendly and accommodating too!

We had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, the facilities were clean and well maintained, and the campsite was very nice. As a family with three young children, we had a great visit.

This park is very beautiful and relaxing. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming! The bathrooms were clean and the shower was great!

This is a beautiful campground. The sites are large and offer privacy. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Although there is no swimming in the lake, the trails through the woods to water were very nice. We plan to return.

From I-395, take Exit 50. Follow CT Route 200 east to Thompson Center. Turn right onto CT Route 193 south and proceed 2 miles to traffic light. Continue straight over the railroad tracks on Route 12. Take the first right onto Reardon Road. In 0.5 miles turn left onto West Thompson Lake Recreation Road and travel approximately 1,000ft to the campground entrance on the right. Follow up to the Campground Registration Building.
