Poor customer service and I wanted a refund cause we didn’t stay the full night and the site manager refused rudely and I read the policy and I’m entitled to a refund and one of the shower stalls in the ladies room in loop b across from the handicap site I reserved had no lock

I stay here a few times a year. The staff is great!! I had a problem with a site not being large enough for my small group and they we very helpful to accommodate our needs. It is my go to camp area.

Camp site 46 was perfect for tent camping and I'll try to get it every time I camp at Alexander Springs Recreation Area. It had enough foliage around it to feel isolated while being conveniently close to the bathhouse. The spring wasn't very busy and the water was beautiful, even if it took a little time to adjust to how cold it was when swimming. Renting a canoe was straight forward and we had a great time canoeing lazily down the river. Canoeing back up the river was easy, even for someone out of shape like myself. Be sure to use the bear box, we had a raccoon or two visit looking for food to steal, but no bears thankfully.
