Loved this campground. Everything is well maintained and spots are good size, even though you’re close to others. Bathrooms are well maintained also.

Beautiful place, really enjoyed fishing from the back of our site, and the campground host were the nicest people.

We were very lucky the weather was perfect. The only thing that made it a little harder was there they were working on the bridge for 10 days but that's it the locks were great

Love this campground. Campers park parallel to the water giving full view. Campers are very friendly to each other. Facility's are very clean and orderly. We saw a lot of birds and 2 alligators. There is a boat ramp that stays very busy. We have already made a new reservation.

We love WP Franklin. It is a beautiful campground, very clean and well maintained. It is nice to sit and watch the boats go up and down the river. The bad news: They have added speed BUMPS to the entrance road. These are horrible. They are so rough. The whole motor home shakes from side to side and even going in and out of the park in my truck, they are extremely rough. Something needs to be done with them.

We love WP Franklin. It is a beautiful campground, very clean and well maintained. It is nice to sit and watch the boats go up and down the river. From I-75, take Exit 141, following SR 80 E to SR 31. Turn N on
SR 31 and travel 4 mi to SR 78. Turn E on SR 78 for 3 mi and turn S on
North Franklin Lock Rd into the campground.
From I-75, take Exit 143, following Bayshore Boulevard E to SR 31.
Turn N on SR 31 and travel 1.5 mi to SR 78. Turn E on SR 78 for 3 mi and turn S on North Franklin Lock Rd into the campground.
