RANGER JENNIE AND THE OTHERS WERE GREAT. THE BATHROOMS AND THE SITES WERE SUPER CLEAN. THE ONLY THING THAT WAS MISSING WAS SOME HEAT IN THE BATHROOMS WHEN ITS COLD. WILL BE BACK SOON.

Very disappointed in the customer service . We arrived Thanksgiving eve afternoon. Our site, 43, had a recent petroleum spill. We have a dog, it smelled and when I wiped it, the paper towel came up black. A park maintenance employee looked at it, said it was dry and that there was nothing they could do. I went to the office and asked to move. They said they were full, plus they don’t allow moving sites. I was told the only way we could move was to cancel 43, with no refund, and pay for a non reservable site. Which we did. Our 2 night stay was over $260 for a 22’ van. The campground’s non reservable section had at least 8 empty sites for the 2 mornings we were there.
Having this happen, learning that the trails all closed, being told to leave the “officially closed” day use area even though we were just walking through with our dog, which I get, but it all did not make for a favorable experience.
Note: The campground is run by American Land and Leisure, Pleasant Grove, Utah under a concession contract with the U.S.D.A Forest Service.

The campsite was tidy. The bathrooms were clean and maintained throughout the day. The staff were kind and helpful. It was family friendly with kids running around. There was a little supermarket up the road within a marathon gas station that had all our food essentials. We had a great time!

Great campground: level paved sites with spacious “backyard”, smart and sanitary sewer hookups, beautiful swimming area

Camping area was nice. The reason why we are not going back is because the camp host told us to keep the volume low when it wasn't even quiet hours yet. Other parks' quiet hours start at 11pm this one was at 10pm.
