Salt Springs is one of our favorite get away locations due to it being less than 2 hours from our home. The staff is always friendly, the grounds are well kept and the facilities are always clean. The campsites are paved and the hookups are well located on the site.

From the moment that we pulled in it was a great experience. The staff was friendly, the campground was practically spotless even in spite of it being the Monday Memorial Day holiday. The sites were nice with full hook ups and the bathhouses were clean. We enjoyed the swimming in the spring and the areas to bike and explore.

We had a great stay at Salt Springs Campground. Can't say enough about the phenomenal staff at the swimming area, though. One particular staff member, Jenna, was absolutely phenomenal. She went above and beyond in making sure all guests were following rules. Keeping alcohol out of the park and keeping the ruckus down! She was professional and courteous. She made sure the entire swimming area was a SAFE place for families, as it should be. Her efforts are greatly appreciated!!!! Other central Florida Springs should take note!!!!

Beautiful campground. Very spacious sites. Bathhouse was clean. Salt Springs were nice but prefer to go during the week. Very busy during the weekend!

Sites are nicely spaced. Lots of great walking areas but you are limited if you have a dog. They are not allowed outside the campground circle.

Salt Springs never disappoints. Sites are large, & I never feel like I’m on top of my neighbors. Park staff are always helpful.
