Midway Campground is a really special place. It has a southern Florida /Everglades feeling. The campground hosts are very helpful, friendly, and always available. The sites are paved and level. Electricity is a bonus. It’s a great place to walk around the little lake. It’s small enough to get to have some great conversations.

Small, simple campground. We’ll maintainer and attractive. Lake inthronisiere middle of loop road with the sites. Sites are not paved but hard and pretty level. Sites are perpendicular to Road that may make backing in more difficult than herringbone layouts.

It would be nice to have water on each site bet even that we loved our stay enough to try to book more nights without success.

Very nice small campground. Stay away from sites 1 through 5 as they are close to the dumpster and smell a bit. Showers were available down the road to the west on the north side. I think it was called monument camp. You also can get cell service there. Look for the tower.
