Presnell's Vacation Resort & RV Park

Beautiful spot, quiet. Love the laid back, small town. Office people and maintenance guys are super nice and very helpful. The campers who stay here like it this way. There are some repairs that really need to be made, but overall a nice place.

Waterfront spots are particularly pretty. Boat ramp is good. Boat trailer parking also good, but in a separate lot; so logistically can be a challenge. Boat slips can be a little iffy, so call ahead to see where they will place your boat. Bathrooms on the bayside are just OK.

Seriously, the best RV park in Florida. My wife and I have been vacationing in Port St Joe for years. The past 2 years we've been bringing the RV to this impeccably clean resort with every imaginable feature you could wish for. We rented a pontoon boat that was in pristine condition. Front office staff was so helpful and accommodating. Amenities are off the chain!!! Big shout out to Robby though, the hardest working man in Florida and the most considerate!!!! We'll be back again for sure.

If you fish or have a boat, this is the place.

We were traveling, have stayed at other RV parks within the Gulf County area and wanted to try this one.
Friendly and kind staff, they're not work campers, just employees.
Sites are gravel and need a good weed kill.
Looks like they're in process of doing site rehab.
Foosball table broken.
No working laundry. They have 8 new machines and none work!!!!!!
Bathrooms are ok, definitely nothing special, actually dirty both times I looked.
Pool needs cleaning, weeds growing up through bricks.
Soda machine out of order.
Workout room was filthy.
And apparently if you know someone or have been coming here for awhile, you can pretty much do whatever you want.

We stayed a week, so quiet and peaceful at night. Sunsets are stunning.
However, I don't feel it's worth the cost when you can't wash your clothes, get a soda, etc.
If you aren't able to provide the amenities promised, lower the cost.
Would we come back, no.
But if you fish or boat, perfect for you.

We had a great trip at Presnell's. We love the area because of the secluded beaches. The staff and the facilities at Presnell's are really good. We would recommend them to anyone wanting to stay in the Cape San Blas, Mexico Beach, Port St. Joe area.
