Consideration for solo travelers with pets. Signage says do not leave pets unattended. Signage also does not allow pets in restroom facilities. I was unable to shower at all during my stay. I had to use a bucket in my car to go to the bathroom. Website says there are only certain areas where pets are not allowed when in fact, pets are not allowed anywhere other than the campground grounds.

This was my first time coming with my little family after regularly visiting this campsite as a child. So many great memories here. The campsites are great, the bathrooms are spotless, the campers are always so friendly. Could not ask for a better experience.

The staff was very unprofessional, the two women at the check in gate had their kids with them. The ground keeper around the spring was rude and starting at the female swimmers. The boardwalks were still closed limiting access as were some of the pavilions. The park in general just looked like it wasn’t being cared for.

The crew here is run by as best I can describe it a "Karen". Not friendly just a bunch of zombies. It's a shame as this is such a beautiful facility. Juniper Springs is run by Adventures Ocola. If you want to see a good crew then check out the ones at Alexander Springs and Clearwater Lake, the folks who work there are top notch they say hi to you they know who you are they treat you like family. One of the best experiences with a crew I've had in my well over 300 something Days on the road.

0/10 experience. Trip was cancelled due to a hurricane (understandable) - I was given a call from the state park the morning of our trip that it was canceled and they will be leaving the area soon and that recreation.gov would email me in regards to the cancellation and refund - come to find out, they only canceled the second night and not the first and I was only refunded for the 2nd night and not the entire trip. I’m unsure where the miscommunication came into play but I was not happy with how this was handled.

Really nice springs and large camp site. Had a great time. It was closer to the road than expected, but did not deter from our stay.

Staff was extremely friendly, & loved this spot. Was right next to the bathrooms, & trail to get to the spring. Was kinda disappointed that trails & canoe launch was closed, but still had a great time. Would definitely come visit again

Beautiful campground. A lot of the campground spaces are in there own shady area with bushes and lots of space separating you from your neighbor. Bathrooms were clean and nice to have hot showers.
