Ms Pat at the gate was very friendly and welcoming... much better experience than last year the people at the gate then were horrible . So glad they changed....

We love Ridge Road, this experience would of been 5 stars if we would of had a better spot to pull our boat up to.

Great Camping Experience! We stayed out on the little island. Put our kayaks in right from the campsite. The water was surprisingly choppy for flat water. Super fun though. Paddled out for sunset and moonrise too. Beautiful. We were on site 45. Right in the wind. So it was pretty windy. Perfect for summer temps. Not so much for early October. The other sites close by seemed to be less windy. Would not say the wind was a dealbreaker. Wish they were open year round
