What Guests Are Saying
Sarah's Creek Campground offers a beautiful and clean environment with well-maintained sites, many of which are spacious and located near the creek, providing a serene backdrop for camping. Many visitors appreciate the ample opportunities for fishing, hiking, and exploring the surrounding nature, with some sites noted for their privacy and seclusion. However, there are occasional concerns about noise from other campers and the need for better management of reservations and restroom facilities. Overall, it remains a beloved destination for both seasoned campers and newcomers.

Me and my dad spent one night camping at site 15 and had an amazing time. My 05 4Runner on 35” tires easily made it through the trail all the way to the end, and it was beautiful. Fair warning, you have to cross a 20’ wide and about 10 inch deep (when we went) creek to make it to site 17, 18, 19, and 20 as well as the restroom there. I’m fairly sure a Subaru Outback or any other capable car could make it across the water to the campsite with no problem. There was plenty of space in the bear proof trash cans and almost all of the campsites were clean of any litter. We took 4 grocery bags of litter from site 13 and left no trace! Overall we had an amazing time camping!

Very nice camping site with a close toilet house that is well maintained. Garbage disposal (bearproof) is right at the site. We used a pump to flow water to the campground from the nearby creek and fill a 100 gallons bathtub, From there we used a stainless steel could over the fire pit with another pump to warm up the water. We got up to 108 degree F. Weather was perfect for December. 32 to 50 at night and 65 to 75 during the day, mostly sunny and no rain.

Barking dogs and screaming children made the stay not as peaceful as I would have liked. Otherwise, good campsite.

This used to be one of my all time favorite places, now not so much. It is now full of jeeps, motor cycles, and people flying up and down the road without thinking about the dangers they are putting children, elderly people, and people who are walking. They are running up and around the roads tearing the roads up just to say they're four wheeling without any regard to our beautiful land, people, or wildlife. Dogs are allowed to swim and run free with their people..my dog is kept on a runner. The little one a leash at all times. If attacked they are helpless.
There was a woman who was flying through the big mud hole in our campground with her children hanging out the windows. If they had fallen out they could have been fatally injured.

Beautiful spot. I’ve been going up there for years but always camped further up past the camp ground. This was my first time in the actual camp ground. We had some vehicles with us that wouldn't have made it up to our usual camping spots. No regrets camping in the camp ground.

It was quiet chill camping spot. Caught enough trout to eat dinner both nights of my stay. One of my favorite camping spots.
