My favorite place to stay. Just good resting, watching sailboats and visiting with my family. Too bad it’s not open longer into the Fall. But I was glad it reopened and I got one more visit in before I sell my motor home.

I love Old Federal campground. Most of the sites are waterfront and nice and spacious. Some are a little more private than others but all are very nice. The one negative was that the bathrooms could use a remodeling.

Out site was beautiful with an expansive view of Lake Sidney Lanier. Very quiet and peaceful. Also, only a 45 minute drive to Stone Mountain. A must see landmark.

Nicely kept! The campground has fantastic sites with great views. Lots of room between neighbors and very clean. The attendants were friendly and we were very happy with our experience.

The camp host, Floyd, was phenomenal. The sites were clean as well as the bathroom. The only issue with the bathroom was there were no paper towels to dry your hands after washing. I assumed this was because of covid.

Picturesque campsite, grounds maintained beautifully and bathhouses clean. We enjoy Old Federal and have camped there several times. The hosts are always friendly and helpful. We highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The site had a beautiful view with a little shade. However if it’s going to be windy I suggest not staying at this site with a tent. Our tent literally almost blew away. We had to put every we could find inside ours to help secure it even though we had tied It securely on the outside. Also the geese were pretty bad. We woke up to 27 surrounding our site and had to watch were we stepped thereafter. But overall we enjoyed our time together creating these memories. The staff was great as well!
