This park HAS THE WORST RESTROOMS we have ever been into. Poorly maintained(Shower curtains that were tattered, black fungi on the walls, looked as though they hadn't been serviced in a month-Both Bath houses)
We left early because of this. Thie sites were very good but not enough to overcome the AWFUL bathhouses.
Either update and repair or close the park before someone catches a disease that could prove tragic.

We had never gone camping before and was very new to the experience. The front gate people were very helpful and patient with me.

Literally no privacy from the neighboring sites. People were constantly walking through our site all day long with no consideration for privacy.
Also, there were multiple unattended children constantly walking through our site throwing rocks at wild ducks that were minding their own business. Once, their mother was there with them, and I asked them to stop throwing rocks at the wildlife, but their parents didn’t acknowledge anything and did nothing to stop their children’s actions. The campground hosts were inappropriate, including using the handicapped sites for their own use for their families and fishing throughout the day. The campground was listed as “full to capacity” but over half of the campsites were vacant the entire weekend!! They need to fix the recreation.gov website to prevent internet bots and third party people that keep buying up all the sites to resell at double the rate online!!
