The staff at the gate was very friendly, the park was clean and pleasant area. Very peaceful park and great shaded areas. Beautiful views.
The customer service staff was not very helpful when we wanted to extend our stay. Due to restrictions in the system we were not allowed to stay any extra nights, even though there were a few cancellations and available spots to rent. Very discouraged to have to leave, especially when we could see open sites not being used and the website said it was available.

The staff was courteous and the restrooms and park were well maintained. Our site, and most all sites, are spacious and level. Many sites have beautiful views of the lake. The dump station inside the park was not operational but there were two stations just outside the park that were. Many of the picnic tables have old, splintered wood. They could use a good sanding/sealing or even replacing. The only playground equipment was swings. Overall it is a beautiful park and we enjoyed out stay.

I have read on social media that several of the COE campgrounds did not do a good job of keeping the grass mowed. This is definitely not the case at Bolding Mill. The grass was well maintained and everything was well kept. Bolding Mill is everything we like about camping.
