VerifiedApril 29, 2024 • Stayed at: 5, Loop: Low Gap
The campground is well used and well maintained. No issues with noise, parking, or anything else. The campground is popular and stays busy but everyone was well behaved. The campground is adjacent to the creek so you get the nice noise of rushing water.
One negative was the cleanliness of the bathroom. The toilets are shaped poorly and do not allow the waste to drop down and the flush pump was not working. They should repair the pump and/or replace the toilet bowls.
Also, the water tasted strongly of chemicals, which I assume are from the treatment. It was strong enough that I was not able to drink it. If you are sensitive to this taste, bring your own drinking water.
Overall, we would definitely stay there again.
