The RV park is a nice park. But the sites need to be blown off before the next camper arrives.

The park was beautiful. RV spot was clean and neat. Had a wonderful view of the lake. Was able to drink morning coffee and look at the lake. Also fished from the bank (and caught fish!). I wish we would've had more time there. We were only there one night. If we pass that way again we will definitely stay there.

3rd day into our stay at site #7 we had ants everywhere in our camper. Had to leave, checked out after 3 pm. Was not given a refund or a credit for another stay. Because we checked out after 3pm. Rule states if you check out before 3? Refund will be made. Guess you better bring a gallon of π killer if youβre staying at this campground. BTW other campers had the same problem with the π.

I was very disappointed in this site this trip. The campground is not being maintained like it used to be. Grass is tall on campsite. Grass growing in gravel pad. ANYS ANYS ANTS Over took the lot, our camper even after treating for ants because when we checked in the camp host told us you better have something for ants. The last campers said they were bad. When we left to check out we asked the camp host what has happened to the campground. He said that's just the way they do call the 1 800 number and complain. The camp host can't do anything about it just tell people to call and complain because the ones above them don't care and will not listen to them. Camp host told us the lake was made for electricity and controlling floods it wasn't meant for recreation, camping and swimming. The campground needs taken care of. We pay to use the facilities for camping and recreation and have been for a long time and this is the first year the grass is not being cut on the lots, grass in the gravel pads, ants all over the site. Ants all over trees, picnic table, camp pad for camper and tent pad. Please make sure to take ANT SPRAY for inside and outside unless you want to be invaded by them. Be ready to constantly spray inside and outside for them. They got on all of our chairs/wagon/ lifejackets. Anything that they could get in or on they did very disappointed with the maintenance of the campground.
