Was called the am or arrival day by Maria and told to go elsewhere due to water problem. Told to call her back for refund. Tried to get refund and had all kinds of hassle. First couldn’t understand Maria, then couldn’t do it till after reservation date, then it was too late to get refund online. Really nice lady on phone helpline finally got me a refund

The campground host was excellent! He and his wife were very attentive to campers needs and quite personable. They spent much time cleaning and staying on top of all of the covid related needs. They must have cleaned the bathroom four or five times each day! It was a good experience at lake rabun Beach

Quiet and peaceful campground. We enjoyed hiking to the waterfall in the crisp Fall air. The campground hosts were great even under the stress of the water going out during our stay.

Lovely campground but could use some maintenance. The sites were nice. Downed trees and cement pieces that had been broken up were stacked around sites which detracted from the natural beauty of the campground. We were not allowed to occupy the site we had reserved due to some washout of the road going into that section and repair work that was scheduled for the next day. No repairs were started during the 4 days following. We did enjoy the substituted site that we were placed on.

We enjoyed ourselves during our stay at Rabun Beach. Our paperwork was waiting for us when we arrived. Our site was well maintained. We especially enjoyed the seasonal decorations at the campground hosts site and the games available in the recreation area. We will be back
