Young man of staff was very nice. Restrooms were wll-maintained. Descent into campground is and has been for years, much too narrow. Would love to see poison oak/ivy cleared form areas close to campsites and more of them with easier use for handicapped/mobility-challenged campers....very hard to get around many of them when cane or walker is needed.....asphalt/concrete/wood decks would be WONDERFUL, but just flat w/o limbs, roots, etc would help.

Beautiful location. Clean restrooms and showers. Water spigot at campsite couldn’t be turned off. The campground manager didn’t seem concerned.

This is one of our favorite campgrounds! It is always quiet and clean. Plus, it is only about 15 minutes from Blueridge.

Campers are able to utilize the day use area for free, but if you have a vehicle parked in the day use parking lot then you have to pay the day use fee. You can be dropped off at the day use area and park at your campsite if you like. |
