We enjoyed camping here and being by the lake. Bathrooms were fairly clean and camp hosts were very friendly and helpful. Campsites where we stayed were all pretty sloped so it was hard to set up chairs and a big group. Would be nice to have more flat space. Otherwise, it was great.

Morganton Point campground has everything a family needs to enjoy either a weekend or several days of outside activity. You can enjoy camping, swimming, boating , hiking ,or picnicking, all nearby the campground. The hosts are very capable and ready to meet the needs of most of the campers. We are looking forward to going back there this summer. We love being at Morganton Point Campground.
