Despite having no services, this is a delightful little campground with lovely wooded sites. The sites are well kept & the campground host was friendly & helpful. Large, metal picnic table and a side metal table for grill & equipment next to the fire ring were better than what you get at many fancier campgrounds! We would definitely stay here again.

Our group thought this site was friendly to older people. We stayed here with my mother (70's, fairly active) and she appreciated that we were just one campsite away from the outhouse. The site was also level, being paved in the area around the fire pit and table. We enjoyed the campsite - it was pretty and not too close to our neighbors. There was quite a bit of ATV activity, but no one in our group disliked the campsite because of it.
The camp host seemed very on top of things, warning us about recent bear activity.

Great location for a quick one night stay on our way south. Lower sites have easy access and were level with good spacing between sites. Did not use any other facilities as we are fully self contained. Only wish we had a couple days to explore the area.
