Bull Trout Lake was a great experience. There are a few campsites around the lake and they are small but awsome. Some only big enough for tents. Adjacent to the campground is another which will accomodate any size trailor and has many sites.
We saw eagles, ospray and caught fish. Very peaceful and fun

We left a day early due to "screeching child" in the next campsite over. Went an found a boon docking sit it was quite, no bugs, and NO screeching children. Plus it was free, plan on doing more and more of this type of camping.

I was impressed with the extra care the campground hosts took to make sure the bathrooms were clean and stocked with toilet paper. It was evident that they cleaned up each campsite to ensure the area was free from litter and debris. The fishing at Bull Trout Lake was outstanding, especially in the evening just as the sun started to set. I caught 18 fish (4 rainbows, 14 brookies) in a little over an hour. Stanley was close enough that we went there to gas up and get some treats (ice cream and candy bars). We camp here every summer and love the location and experience.
