What Guests Are Saying
Springy Point campground offers a beautiful, well-maintained location with friendly hosts and clean restrooms. Many guests appreciate the proximity to the lake and the availability of amenities like showers and dishwashing stations. However, some sites are small and can be challenging for larger trailers, and there have been concerns about wasp nests and limited privacy between campsites.

The camp is a good place because if you come early there are usually camp spots open that are on a first come first served basis, so if you haven't made a reservation you are still able to find a spot. The camp hosts are very helpful.

loved how close to town it was, but also was quiet and in the trees. we had water access which was amazing. one bummer was limited dog access to the water everywhere we went. In town we never found the dog beach. But the girls had an amazing time everywhere we went. rented paddle boards and had a blast. they also just loved playing in the water at the campground. single mom... felt safe the whole time! love it!

We have gone to Springy Point for over 20 years as a kid and now with my kids. It is one of our favorite summer destinations. The staff are great & do a wonderful job of keeping the grounds clean and tidy. The location is beautiful the beach is nice and clean. We love it here and will continue to stay here for years to come.

It is a great spot that we have been visiting for the past 10 years or more. Besides the large sites, access to lake, beach, amenities with shower, washing station has been the staff, always friendly and available. Look forward to this year. Only negative is the dust.

We stayed here in part to attend the fireworks in Sandpoint on the 4th of July but. Learned we would be locked out if returning after 10pm. So we did not attend. The use of generators ruens the quite camping experiance. Sure would be nice to prohibit them. Otherwise clean and well managed.
