This is a beautiful campground, right next to the water. My pup and I loved the view and the big camping space. Thank you.

Great COE park with nice long paved bike path. Easy roads for riding bikes into nearby town of Benson. FHU a big plus. Spacious sites. Love the Rend Lake area.

This spot has 2% uphill grade from road to back of spot. I have a 46 foot 5th wheel toy hauler and had to put 7 inch blocks under my front jacks to bring to level, which made me put 7 inch blocks under my main door steps and create a final step. Has limited shade and camp side faces south east - you'll have sun most of the day. Utilities are conveniently positioned. Access road is narrow and the front wheels of my Ford F450 had to go off the road when backing in. Watch out for that parking block on the utility side.
Now, that's the "bad". This is a very clean park, clean restrooms, Sue the camp host was very pleasant to talk with. It is a big park (3/4 mile walk to check in office). There is a pond in the center of all the campgrounds (they're arranged in a circle) with a path/trail around it. We didn't walk it, but looked well kept. I would camp here again.

Had a good time. Clean, convenient and friendly. The showers are a little dated and could use some new heads and valves but overall semi clean.

It was a good place to camp except they that is whomever takes care of the place could have clean the tree debris up from what looks like a tornado came through, but we all had a great time.

All the Rec.gov campsites at Rend Lake are nice. Boating, fishing, 30 miles of paved bike only trails. Abundant hiking. wild life. Close to restaurants, Wal Mart, anything you need or forgot, also playgrounds for the children, decent shower houses, reasonable fees.
