We were on a cross-country trip with a 5th wheel and spent 2 nights there; 1 on the out and 1 on the way back and had the same campsite both times, #51; the water spicket was directly across from out site. The first night we waled the short distance down the road to the beach and dam area and watched the American Pelicans in front of the dam. The send night it was very hot with a heat index of 111 and at the temp it would take at least 1-hour for the air conditioning to cool off the camper after 6 hours of driving, so we walked Ia short distance to a covered picnic area next to the water and enjoyed a beautiful breeze. The camp host stopped by and talked for a bit followed by a fellow camper who was biking. We had a level concrete pad with plenty of space between camp sites. It is very quiet and peaceful after a long day of driving.

Our camp host was the best we've experienced in our travels. She greeted us immediately with all the needed information. Offered us an option to move to other available spots based on conditions.
Our site overlooked lock 4 on the Mississippi which was interesting to watch barges pass through.
There was a huge mayfly hatch that made being outside unpleasant at times. That's not a controllable for the park but should be taken into consideration for travel.

Nicely laid out campground with concrete pads. The bathhouse was clean. The pavilion on the water was nice for group gatherings. Right on the bike trail.

From Interstate 80, take Exit 1 for IL State Route 84, East Moline/Savanna. Travel South on IL State Route 84 S/2nd Ave and follow for 1.5 miles to the campground. Entrance to campground will be on the right. From East Moline, travel North on IL State Route 84. Entrance to campground will be on the left.
Fishermans Corner is accessible from Interstate 80 via IL State Route 84, which provides direct access to the campground approximately 1.5 miles south of the exit.
