Beautiful location, bring bikes and hiking shoes. Just be aware the campground is monitored for rule breaking but if you have problem, there is little that can be done to assist you.

Outstanding campground. Friendly camp hosts and rangers. Very clean restrooms. Located on the bank of the Mississippi River with access to the bike trail. We will camp here again.

This was a comfortable, convenient stop only a mile off of I-80. I planned it as an overnight while driving CT to CO, but I stayed four nights. There is decent, recreational, paved bike trail tgat goes right by the campground. You can access each of the Quad Cities on it.
Nice campsites. Clean bathrooms. Good hot water in the shower. Sue & Jim personable, helpful hosts. Would definitely use this campground again.

This was our first time staying at Fisherman's cover. It's a smaller campground but nice and quiet. Although there is a train track very close it does not blow its horn and is actually pretty quiet. We stayed in site #44. It was very nice and looked into the trees. Would stay here again.
