Campsites were spacious, and well kept. The park was beautiful and the the efforts to keep us safe during Covid-19 were much appreciated. The kayaking on the lake at the marina was also wonderful.

Seems to be a lot of veterans there which I thoroughly enjoyed. Great People. The Host is very accommodating, friendly, & polite. The park itself is very clean & well laid out. The sites are not on top of each other. You have some degree of privacy. It helps to study the map when choosing a site but you already know that. The bathrooms are clean as are the showers. There's a real nice sand beach for the whole family.
Can't wait to go back and decompress.
The town of Shelbyville is a little gem. People there are awesome. The folks at Wal Mart bend over backwards to help you, I've actually had thoughts of moving there.
