The best site in the whole park.... for a tent. The moon was fantastic, the breeze refreshing, the coffee in the morning....the best.

Lone Point Campground offers a variety of well-maintained sites with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great option for relaxation. Many guests appreciated the friendly hosts, cleanliness of the facilities, and convenient access to Lake Shelbyville. While some sites may be unlevel and require extra care, overall, visitors enjoyed their stays and expressed eagerness to return.

Great campgrounds. We arrived before the camp office was open but with the sky's looking like they were about to open up with a deluge, one of the camp hosts came over and got us checked in so we could set up just before the rain started. It was very nice of her to go out of her way to help us out.

My favorite campground. The hosts are very polite, and answer any questions without hesitation. The grounds are clean and easy access to the lake, to fish, boat, or swim.
