Lone Point Campground offers a variety of well-maintained sites with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great option for relaxation. Many guests appreciated the friendly hosts, cleanliness of the facilities, and convenient access to Lake Shelbyville. While some sites may be unlevel and require extra care, overall, visitors enjoyed their stays and expressed eagerness to return.

Loved this site. Not close to anyone really. Great view of water. Couldn’t get down to the water but they warn you of that in the site description which I appreciated.

The campground was lovely, clean, with large sites. The people were friendly and the lake had beautiful views. The bathrooms were even clean. I would have given 5 stars except that it wasn't clear that firewood wasn't for sale in the campground. The confirmation email said what firewood not to bring but not that the campground doesn't sell it. All state campgrounds I've been in have always sold it. So that was new and required a car trip out of the park. Not a big deal but not what I was expecting.
