Love this site. This was our second visit here. The site is well distanced from other guests. Tall pines surround the site. Short walk to nice bath house. Enjoyed cooking on the fire and just resting at the campsite. My husband took the kayak out on the lake while I read a great book on the shore and watched him. There are some nice hiking trails in the area as well. Just 30 minutes from home! Love it!

We showed up a bit late and never got a chance to actually check in. We went directly to our site on the north loop. The road is pretty narrow and caution should be used to drive down it. Not too difficult to back into the site and it was plenty long for my 25 foot travel trailer and Silverado. We didn't really explore the area and only used it for a stop for the night. It worked out just fine.
